Springtime for me has a lot of jazz in it. And of course, there’s a lot of “spring” to jazz, too. Whether it’s for lifestyle, cooking, or shopping vlogs, there’s nothing that sounds more natural to me in spring than an upbeat swing. It’s full of retro styles and classic synth sounds (read a blog of ours on the synth wave genre) that are inspired by the 80s and feature pulsating, glitchy rhythms and dark, driving arps. “Night Tech” is a great track for rainy night drives across a city and “Cyan Haze” really captures the rainy moments as well with its crackling vinyl sound and slow progressions.
